Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has already made his intention clear that his team is going to be the title contender for this season’s Premier League. However, Man City have invested £75 million to bring Jerome Boateng, David Silva, Yaya Toure and Aleksandar Kolarov in their squad. They have not stopped there, Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli and Aston Villa midfielder James Milner are in their queue of purchase.
Whereas on the other hand Spurs’ is hoping Jermain Defoe to win his fitness battle before they face Manchester City in their first Premier League game. Robbie Kean has started to show his sparks in some impressive pre-season match-ups after returning to City. After coming back to White Hart Lane from the loan spell at Celtic Kean will be off to prove his mettle once again.
